The guest bedrooms sit opposite the great room. One of the guest bedrooms opens to the gallery as well and enjoys straight on views of the sea. Both guest bathrooms have recently been updated. The condo faces north-east allowing for a constant sea breeze, beautiful sunrises over Buck Island (yes, you can even see Buck Island!) and the gallery will be shaded in the afternoon so you can enjoy your gallery all day! The condo dues include windstorm insurance, landscaping, pool maintenance, gated entry, exterior maintenance of all grounds, mail delivery, trash pick-up, full-time staff that manages and maintains the common areas including beach maintenance and exterior of the units and buildings.
