The two cottages known as Carriage House and the Hospital House respectively have one bedroom and one bath and three bedrooms, 2 baths and an efficiency apartment. Other amenities include a 20KW diesel generator, 1-car garage and swimming pool which needs improvement for use. The grounds are flush with beautiful local plants including hog plums, banana trees, lime, tamarind, sour orange, mango, soaring traveler palms and bougainvillea. Plots 24A and 24B are zoned R-3 which allows for medium density development such as condominiums and Plot 24C is zoned R-2 which allows for low density housing such as one and two family residences.
