This is a Fixer Upper in one of the most desired neighborhoods on Island. It has been closed up for several years so needs a lot of TLC. The house is in pretty good standing structurally but needs updating. The floor tiles were improperly set so they have popped up all over the house. The terrazo underneath is in good shape though.
